Concept work

Website concepts for five sectors

These are design concepts, not client projects. We drew one for each sector we serve: a restaurant, a physio clinic, an accounting firm, a plumbing and heating business and a boutique. Real client case studies will appear here, with permission, once we have them.

Restaurant and cafe

Design decisions

  • Book a table sits in the hero and the nav, because most visitors arrive on a phone ready to act.
  • Opening hours and the map sit directly under the hero, so the first question is answered at once.
  • Menu highlights are live text with room for allergen markers, never an image of a menu.
  • Warm amber on cream, with real food photography doing most of the work.

Physiotherapy clinic

Design decisions

  • Appointment slots appear on the home page, so booking is one tap away.
  • Treatment cards explain what to expect in plain language, without promising outcomes.
  • A privacy note beside the booking area: ask only what is needed, never health details.
  • Calm greens and generous space to lower anxiety before a first visit.

Accounting firm

Design decisions

  • A plain fees table, because clear pricing separates a trusted firm from a vague one.
  • A short enquiry form that qualifies the lead instead of a long contact page.
  • A reserved place in the footer for the regulatory and company details the firm must show.
  • Restrained blue and ink for an assured tone, with colour used sparingly.

Plumbing and heating

Design decisions

  • A large call button above the fold, because visitors are on a phone with a problem to solve.
  • Four service tiles, so each job is easy to scan and gets its own page.
  • An areas-covered strip, because do you cover me is the second question after can you help.
  • A confident red-orange accent that feels urgent without feeling alarming.

Apparel boutique

Design decisions

  • A single collection banner leads into consistent product photography, which makes a small range feel considered.
  • Prices and names sit under each photo so shoppers can compare without opening every page.
  • Delivery and returns information is repeated on product pages, since it decides many purchases.
  • A soft lilac accent that lets the clothes stay the focus.
