The guarantee runs from your deposit until you approve the homepage design and we start development. It is the same point as the refund step in our process. We build only after you have said yes.

- Anything after you approve the homepage design and development begins
- Hosting, domain and third-party costs that are paid to other providers
- Add-ons and services that have separately started, such as copywriting you have already received
- Changes of mind about content or scope after approval, which can be quoted as extra work
Why we offer it
Because a design is a matter of taste
You cannot judge a website from a price list. You judge it when you see your own homepage. So we put the refund at that point, before we spend your money on development.
It also keeps us honest. We would rather listen early and get the design right than build something you do not love. This is a design-approval guarantee, not a promise of results such as rankings or sales, and we never promise those.

Does the guarantee cover the whole website after launch?
No. It covers your deposit before development starts. After launch you have 30 days of post-launch fixes, and a care plan covers ongoing work.
