Business policy draft - counsel review pending
Terms and conditions
These terms describe the approved operating position for Forecast-Ready AI SaaS, operated by ZTech Incorporation LLC in New York, United States. They remain a non-indexed business draft until counsel approves them, the full registered address is supplied, and an effective date is set.
01 / Governed service
How the service operates
Service boundary
Forecast-Ready provides read-only HubSpot analysis, deterministic forecast calculations, governed AI narrative drafting, human review, and approved Slack delivery.
Approval and judgment
Manual approval is the default. Controlled auto-approval applies only when tenant and platform policy allow it, and kill switches can force human review. Customers retain commercial judgment.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must authorize workspace users and connected providers, maintain lawful CRM data, review forecast evidence, and keep tokens and private webhook URLs out of support messages.
Write-back posture
HubSpot remains read-only for the accepted pilot. Write-backs require a separate approved scope, consent record, audit trail, and recovery plan.
02 / Accounts and acceptable use
Access, security, and customer data
Access is tenant-scoped and role-controlled. Customers are responsible for authorized users, lawful CRM data, account security, and the accuracy of instructions they approve.
You must not misuse the service, probe another tenant, introduce malicious code, evade entitlement limits, reverse engineer protected components where law permits restriction, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Customers retain ownership of customer data. ZTech retains ownership of Forecast-Ready software, methods, documentation, and aggregated or de-identified operational learning that cannot identify a customer or individual.
03 / Pricing and billing
Free audit, paid plans, and renewal
The free tier permits one free audit per lifetime for one verified work email and organization. It requires no payment card. Duplicate registrations, aliases, or organizations created to evade the cap may be declined.
Paid prices on the public site are indicative until confirmed in an order form. Paid services are billed in advance in the stated currency, plus applicable tax. Monthly services renew each month unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Setup or audit fees are non-refundable after work begins, except where applicable law or the order form requires otherwise. Any different refund, renewal, or cancellation rule in a signed order form controls.
04 / Support
Support hours and availability
Standard support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM America/New_York, excluding public holidays. General requests target a response within one business day. No uptime service-level agreement, service credit, or 24/7 support commitment applies unless a signed order form says otherwise. Contact ztechinc.co@gmail.com.
05 / Risk allocation
Forecast judgment, warranties, and governing law
Forecast-Ready provides evidence and workflow assistance, not a guarantee of revenue, deal outcome, data accuracy, or forecast performance. Customers retain responsibility for commercial decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond commitments in a signed order form.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to non-waivable consumer or statutory rights, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
06 / Exit and liability
Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. ZTech's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
Either party may terminate for an uncured material breach. ZTech may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to the service or another tenant. Customers may cancel under the billing rules above.
Before termination, customers should request an export. On termination, access ends and data enters the retention and deletion process described in the Privacy Policy. Payment, confidentiality, ownership, liability, dispute, and legally required retention provisions survive where their nature requires.
