What standard do we aim for?
We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We use the same standard on the websites we build for clients. Read more in our accessibility guide.
How do we test it?
- Automated checks for common problems such as missing labels, contrast and heading order.
- Keyboard-only spot checks, to confirm every link, button and form works and the focus is visible.
- Checks on small phone screens and at larger text sizes.
Automated checks find only some problems, which is why we also test by hand.
Are there known limitations?
We know of no accessibility problems at launch. We will update this page if we find any, and say what we are doing about them.
How do I report a problem or ask for another format?
If you find something hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email ztechinc.co@gmail.com. Tell us the page, what happened and, if you can, what device and assistive technology you use.
We aim to reply within 2 business days, during 09:00 to 17:30 UK time, Monday to Friday.
What if I am not happy with the reply?
Please tell us first so we can put it right. If you are in the UK and are still not satisfied, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service. Visitors elsewhere can contact their local equality or accessibility authority.
