Payment terms
50% deposit, 50% at launch. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.
Need it faster? Rush delivery adds 30% of the package price.
Prefer to pay monthly? Launch Monthly
£99/month, with no setup fee, for a minimum of 24 months. That is £2,376 in total over the term. It includes the Launch website and Essential care, and you own the site and code after month 24.
Spreading the cost costs more overall than paying upfront, so choose it for cash flow, not for savings.
After launch
Recommended care plan: Essential at £45/month
Most Launch sites are small and stable, so Essential care covers what matters: hosting, SSL, daily offsite backups, monthly updates, uptime monitoring, 30 minutes of edits and a monthly report.
Reply within 2 business days, and 4 hours for a site-down issue, during 09:00 to 17:30 UK time, Monday to Friday. Pay for a care plan annually and get 2 months free.

How much is the Launch website package?
The Launch package costs £1,195 one-off, excluding VAT where it applies, and goes live in 2 weeks. You can also pay £99/month on Launch Monthly with no setup fee, which includes Essential care.
Which 5 pages do I get?
Most Launch sites use Home, About, Services, one more service or pricing page, and Contact. You choose the five that suit your business. The legal pages (privacy, cookies, terms, accessibility) are free and do not count towards the five.
Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?
Yes. You can add pages one at a time, or move up to the 10-page Business 10 package at £2,250 when you are ready to grow. Ask us on a call and we will say honestly which makes more sense.
Can I pay monthly instead of upfront?
Yes. Launch Monthly is £99/month with no setup fee, and Business Monthly is £149/month plus a £195 setup fee. Both run for 24 months, include Essential care, and you own the site after month 24.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Every package includes a simple content editor and a handover video. If you would rather not, care plans include monthly edit time, from 30 minutes of edits to 5 hours of edits.
What happens after my website goes live?
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch fixes on every build. After that, a care plan from £45/month covers hosting, daily backups, updates, security checks, uptime monitoring, small edits and a monthly report.
