Our Business website takes about 3 weeks from kickoff to launch, in seven clear steps. You see your homepage design by day 5, you review the full site on day 13, and we launch on days 14 to 15. Smaller packages are faster; Growth takes 5 to 6 weeks.

Day 0
Kickoff
Deposit paid, a short onboarding form, and access to your domain. We sign the scope and a data processing agreement.
Days 1 to 3
Discovery and content
We agree your sitemap, goals and content plan, and collect your words, photos and logo.
Days 4 to 5
Homepage design
You see your homepage design. Approve it, or ask for changes within your revision rounds. This is the refund point.
Days 6 to 10
Build
We build every page from our tested component library, connect your forms, CMS and integrations.
Days 11 to 12
Quality checks
Speed, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), security headers, consent, forms and backups are checked before you see it.
Day 13
Your review
You review the full staging site and send one consolidated list of changes.
Days 14 to 15
Launch and handover
Fixes, launch, monitoring switched on, backups test-restored and a handover video so you can edit with confidence.

Changes
How revisions work
A revision round is one list of changes from you, and one set of updates from us. Landing Page and Launch include 1 round, Business 10 includes 2, and Growth includes 3.
Send everything in one go per round, rather than piece by piece. It is faster and keeps the design coherent. You can add extra rounds or extra pages at the prices in our add-on list.
If you do not approve your homepage design after the included revision rounds, we refund your deposit in full before any development starts. Read how the guarantee works.
Staying on schedule
What pauses the clock
The clock pauses when
- We are waiting for content, photos or logos
- We are waiting for domain or account access
- We are waiting for feedback or approval
- A deposit or invoice is outstanding
And restarts when
We have what we need. We will always say when it has paused and what is missing, in writing, so there are no surprises. If you need it sooner, rush delivery is available as an add-on.

We aim for a Lighthouse score of 90+ on mobile for core pages and check against WCAG 2.2 AA.

Every build includes 30 days of post-launch fixes on every build. You also get a handover video so you can edit your own content with confidence.
After that, a care plan keeps your website hosted, backed up, updated and monitored, with edit time included. Or you can take everything and look after it yourself, because you own it.

How long does it take to build my website?
A landing page takes about 1 week, a Launch website 2 weeks, a Business website 3 weeks and a Growth website 5 to 6 weeks. The clock starts once we have your content, and pauses if we are waiting on you.
What do you need from me to start?
